HR & Admin Executive Responsibilities Developing and implementing the short and long term human resources strategies and initiatives including training and development, compensation and benefit, talent management program, succession planning, retention program and to establish the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) in support of the corporate culture, business goals and strategies To provide other administration support on day-to-day basis. Calculate bi-monthly salary for all employees (payroll). To monitor foreign workers working permit / levy including renewal, new application, FOMEMA checking etc. Training & development; coordination & guidance. Recruitment process & enforcement of HR Policy including disciplinary matters. Retention of staff. Scheduling & coordinating all internal meeting closely. Keep track of employee's attendance record and to ensure the attendance record system is functioning. Update and maintain employee's leave entitlement and utilization record. Requirements Education - Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Accounting or equivalent. Skill - Computer Literate Required skill(s): MS Office Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English. Experience - Fresh graduate or Min 2 years working experience in related field and familiar in handling payroll system, HR functions and administration. Possess good leadership quality. Knowledge Knowledge in Employment/ Industrial Relation Act. Familiar with Employment Act, Statutory requirements i.e. Income Tax, EPF and SOCSO and other HR practices legislation. Knowledge & familiar with foreign worker any related application procedure.
